Orders are processed within 3 – 5 business days.
Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays are processed the next working day.
2. Delivery Timeframes
We deliver all over Egypt:
- Cairo & Alexandria: 3–5 working days
- Other governorates: 4–6 working days

You’ll receive shipping confirmation via email or WhatsApp with tracking info (if available).

Shipping fees vary depending on your location and are calculated at checkout.
