🔁 Return & Refund Policy – The90minutes

We want you to be fully satisfied with your The90minutes purchase. If you’re not, we offer a fair and simple return process.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return or exchange a product if:

  • It is within 2 days of receiving the item
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • You provide proof of purchase

2. How to Initiate a Return

Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.
Returns without prior communication will not be accepted.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You’ll be notified via email
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days

  • If you don’t receive your order, you’ll pay the shipping fee.

4. Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, we can exchange the item if the requested size is in stock.
Customer is responsible for shipping the original item back.
The exchanging fees are 150 EGP 

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or washed items
  • Sale items labeled "final sale"
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Printed items
